LOST A PACKAGE AND MADE THE CLAIM TAKE LONGER BECAUSE 1 GET THIS 1 SUPER VISOR IS ON VACATION AND DECIDED NOT TO COME INTO WORK, WELL THEY SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE ELSE WHO CAN HANDLE STUFF WHEN ONE IS NOT THERE!
