- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I agree with the person below me. I have had many many problems with this bank since I started. I would have left but one lady was very good at her job and got it figured out. If you're looking for easy, just put money in a account and not really anything else like pay bills through it and stuff It would be okay but if you are looking to use a card online a lot and pay bills directly I would look elsewhere.. Going to the bank today because the ATM their last night would not give me back my credit card after I made a money deposit through the ATM. i got my receipt and then had to call because it was after hours and the lady I spoke to was very rude and basically said I just have to go get a new card, this will be my 3rd time/new card in the past 6-7 months. So no I would not really choose this as my bank. When I move back home I'll switch to ardvist which they don't have here and I never had any problems with them.
