- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would normally never rate a business with one star unless its truly terrible. I needed to have my taxes amended due to ignorance on my end. I went in to the building and was helped by a sweet woman but she was very clueless on how to help me. She had no idea how to use her computer and did not know how to answer any of my questions. What really upset me was that she was trying to ask questions to the woman in the cubicle next to her on how to assist me and all I could hear was (very rude and condescendingly) , "I DON'T KNOW [employee name], SHE'S GOING TO HAVE TO PAY US $99 AND FIGURE IT OUT!"...(after I had already paid an H&R block representative to go over my taxes to ensure I had not messed anything up...)I walked in with a problem and left with the same problem as well as feeling terrible for the woman who was treated so poorly by her colleague. Do NOT go here to get your taxes done or if you have any questions regarding your taxes. This experience has cast an immense negative shadow over H&R block as a whole.By Kara M, July 07, 2017
